Best Fitting cap IÃ¢â‚¬â„¢ve ever owned, never again will I waste my money on any other welding cap!! Sizing was absolutely spot on, and the comfort is out of this world. Every other company might as well close up shop, this is the only place to go for a great quality cap!!

I have been searching for a welding cap that fits perfectly, and I finally found it. These hats fits perfect and are very comfortable. One thing that is missing is more designs to choose from. Would definitely be buying more.

I have purchased 8 caps since January this year hats are hands down my favorite saw the hats reviewed on You-tube by a Pipe liner Austin Ross took a chance on one looking for a good fit with deep crown they were perfect bought 6 more and will be getting more in the future Badass is right!

Quality is worth the extra few bucks	February 25, 2018

I’ve been buying badass caps since 2014 and didn’t know what I was missing until I tried them. I used to wear cheap 4 panel welding caps that fit my head like a cardboard box. Like many road hands I spend 10-12 hours a day in a welding cap and comfort is a must. For comfort and longevity these can’t be beat. Do yourself a favor and buy 6 get 1 free.

Fist and foremost, comfort and fit are top notch. You know this is hand made with pride in the UNITED States. The American eagle, and spiders, bats and ravens on the dictionary are my personal favorite scenes.
